Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches €30 or more.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within Europe, including but not limited to: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Greece, and more.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to follow your shipment online.

Customs & Import

Wellvy ships from our supplier warehouses. In some cases, your order may be subject to customs inspection. Any customs fees or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations of your country.

Most orders shipped within Europe do not incur additional customs fees, but we recommend checking your local regulations if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at infowellvy@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.
